About the Program

This seven-day immersion program will help prepare you for a successful re-entry to the professional world. You will refresh and update your business skills, enhance your network of friends and colleagues, explore new career paths and leave the program re-energized, with a personal action plan to embark on your executive job search.

You have a post-secondary education and have been out of the workforce – or in alternative employment – for an extended period (two to six years). You possess significant professional experience at a managerial or executive level, and you’re ready to step back into the corporate world. You will participate in a classroom experience that is supportive and dynamic. When you’re back at work, you’ll be prepared with the kind of knowledge that lets you contribute as if you were never away.
